CAREER ACCOMPLISHMENTS
1973 – Founder and current Chief Executive Officer of Century Holdings (Century A/C Supply, Inc. and Air Management Supply), an air conditioning wholesale distributor headquartered in Houston, TX with 31 locations.
1988 – Founder Century Maintenance Supply, a national company that serviced the multi-family industry with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) products. Sold the business to Hughes Supply, Inc. in 2003 and now part of HD Supply.
2002 – Founder and current Chief Executive Officer of the commercial real estate development, acquisition and management companies DBearden Investments, Bearden Development, and Bearden Management, currently with over 2 million square feet of industrial property holdings.
2003 – Acquires and operates a 21,900+ acre cattle and hunting ranch near Sonora, Texas
2007 – Acquires and operates a 2,136+ acre ranch in Del Rio, Texas.
2008 – Established the Bearden Foundation, a private charitable 501(c)(3) organization supporting scholarships for college, tech school and US military ROTC students, various youth clubs and special needs organizations, environmental causes, and animal health and welfare.
2018 – Partnered in the acquisition of four Harley-Davidson dealerships in Las Vegas, Red Rock and Henderson, Nevada and Zion/Washington, Utah.

Dennis has been an avid Harley-Davidson rider for many years, and when at home he likes to spend weekends riding his Road Glide CVO throughout the Texas hill country. He also enjoys travel and spending time at his ranches.
